Walking meditation is very beneficial, so much so that on meditation retreats, the day is usually spent doing equal amounts of sitting and walking. Alexis Santos addresses this in his course, “On the Go,” and he also has a guided meditation on walking in the Just Meditate section of the app. Sharon Salzberg also has a guided walking meditation in the Just Meditate section too.
