The Basics course has a lot of great information to help you get started. Our recommendation is to spend 5 minutes with the app each day---maybe one video or a guided meditation. Or whatever feels right to you. Just enough to build some momentum with your practice, but not so much that it will feel hard to maintain. The Basics course provides a strong foundations of mindfulness for moving into other courses in the app. There isn't a particular order in which we recommend you taking courses, the Great for Beginners section is likely a great place to spend some time if you're exploring meditation for the first time.
