If you purchased your subscription via Apple iTunes, please note that we are unable to cancel your subscription for you so you can follow either of these pathways from your iPhone/iPad to cancel:

  1. Open the App Store app
  2. Click on your profile icon in the upper right-hand corner*
  3. Press Manage Subscriptions
  4. You’ll see a list of all your active and expired subscriptions
  5. Select your Ten Percent Happier subscription
  6. Tap "Cancel Subscription" to disable it from auto-renewing at the end of the current billing cycle
    *This pathway is only available on iOS 12.2+
  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone/iPad
  2. Scroll down to "iTunes and App Store"
  3. Tap Your AppleID Email
  4. Select "View AppleID" (You may be asked to log in)
  5. Tap "Subscriptions"
  6. Select the Ten Percent Happier subscription
  7. Tap "Cancel Subscription" to disable it from auto-renewing at the end of the current billing cycle

    Note: if you see the subscription expiration date at the top, and scrolling to the bottom you don't see a link to cancel your subscription (instead you see text that suggests you can "resubscribe"), this indicates that you have already successfully canceled your subscription and do not need to take further action.


If you purchased your subscription via Google Play:

  1. Open the Google Play Store
  2. Tap Menu (3 small horizontal lines) next to "Google Play"
  3. Tap Account and then Subscriptions
  4. Find the subscription you want to cancel
  5. Tap Cancel  


If you purchased your subscription from our website:

  1. Sign into the web application here and then tap this link to your Account Settings 
  2. Select the option to Manage or Cancel your subscription
  3. You may also contact our customer support team to cancel your online subscription by emailing us at support@tenpercent.com. 


After canceling any subscription, you will continue to have access to the Ten Percent Happier premium content until your subscription is set to expire. To inquire about refunds, please email us at support@tenpercent.com.
