To move to a specific time in a meditation (forward or back) take the following actions:

  1. As the meditation starts playing (you'll see the shade move from left to right on the screen), place your finger on the line that separates the light section from the darker section. (Note that it can take a few seconds of play before the scrub bar is far enough along for it to detect your finger on the screen.)
  2. Slide from left to right across the screen with your finger on the screen. This will scrub the meditation forward for you or backward for you. 
  3. Lift your finger from the screen when the time is in the desired location.
