To move to a specific time in a meditation (forward or back) take the following actions:

  1. As the meditation starts playing, place your finger along the bottom time tracking progress bar.
  2. Slide the bar from left to right across the screen with your finger on the screen. 
  3. Lift your finger from the screen when the time is in the desired location.
